This is an unsolicited letter of commendation for Patty, the receptionist at SF Family Dental Care. Knowing how to best use insurance for dental services can be confusing to the patient. Patty has been extremely helpful in ensuring I get the best care possible while making good and appropriate use of my insurance. With her help I have been able to stay current with my cleanings and more involved care such as a crown without going into personal and unmanageable debt. Further, Patty is always pleasant and professionally friendly. I don’t suppose anyone looks forward to sitting in the dentist chair, but having someone greet patients at the door with a warm welcome make the experience at SFDC a comfortable one. Patty is exceptional in this regard.

I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had with Kendra, my hygienist at Silver Falls Family Dental Care. From the moment I sat in the chair, it was clear that she truly cares about her patients' well-being. Her customer service is absolutely top-notch, and she goes above and beyond to ensure you're not only comfortable but also fully informed every step of the way. Kendra takes the time to explain each process clearly, making sure I understood what was happening and why it was important. Her approach is gentle, thoughtful, and kind, and she really takes the time to ease any anxieties, which is especially meaningful to me. Having had traumatic experiences with previous hygienists from other dental offices, I was nervous about going to the dentist, but Kendra's calming presence and personal approach made all the difference. I felt truly cared for, and that made the whole experience so much more manageable. It's rare to find a professional who combines skill and genuine compassion the way Kendra does. I’m so grateful for her exceptional care, and I know I’m in great hands every time I visit. If you're looking for a hygienist who is not only amazing at her trade but also someone who will make you feel comfortable and at ease, I highly recommend Kendra. Silver Falls Family Dental Care is fabulous! The front desk admin, Patty and Lori, are so kind and welcoming. Every hygienist and assistant I’ve ever had has been friendly and wonderful at their job. Dr. Piper has a group of amazing staff and he himself is also great!
